Refund & Returns Policy

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email hello@drinkcopilot.co.nz within seven days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll organise a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping.

Change of mind and sale items
Because our blends are food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us – Send an email to hello@drinkcopilot.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive authorisation – We’ll confirm eligibility and provide a return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely – Use the original packaging. For defective items, we’ll supply a prepaid label; for any other approved returns, please use a tracked service to ensure the parcel reaches us.
  4. Refund or replacement – Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement within five business days. Original shipping fees and any taxes are non‑refundable.
