Where we ship
We’re proudly based in Auckland and currently deliver within New Zealand only, both urban and rural. We do not ship internationally.
Processing your order
Orders placed before 2 pm (NZT) on a business day are packed within one to two business days. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on the way.

*Transit times exclude our processing time and may be affected by rural delivery, public holidays or courier delays.
Before checkout
Please double‑check your delivery address. You can make changes within two hours of placing your order by emailing hello@drinkcopilot.co.nz. Once your parcel has shipped, we can’t redirect it.
Delivery Policy
- Authority to leave – Couriers may leave parcels in a secure location if no one is available to receive them. Leave a note at checkout if you’d prefer a signature on delivery.
- Missed delivery – If a parcel is returned because the address is incorrect or the collection window has passed, we can re‑send it for an additional shipping fee.
- Delayed or missing orders – Delivery dates are estimates. If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us within seven days so we can investigate.
